  • Dirt tracker, Brayden Elliot, is very nervous about his first jump; motocross rider, Ryan Mitchell, joins the rookies to give them a class "Jumps" and "Berms."

  • After five weeks of tough competition, the leader board is tight, with only one point separating the top four rookies; the rookies face their most physical challenge yet with a beep test.

  • Things get serious with a Super Motard challenge, designed to test the rookie's dirt, road and motocross riding skills; the judges have a new rule up their sleeves that will change the game.
