Week 3 and the rookies start the day in a Start Skills session with the legend himself, Daryl Beattie; the rookies race each other to find a contender to take on Daryl.- In an "Ultimate Rider" first, the rookies race side by side against each other in pairs; the pressure mounts as the judges decide there will be a surprise elimination.
- Dirt tracker, Brayden Elliot, is very nervous about his first jump; motocross rider, Ryan Mitchell, joins the rookies to give them a class "Jumps" and "Berms."
- After five weeks of tough competition, the leader board is tight, with only one point separating the top four rookies; the rookies face their most physical challenge yet with a beep test.
- Things get serious with a Super Motard challenge, designed to test the rookie's dirt, road and motocross riding skills; the judges have a new rule up their sleeves that will change the game.
- Only three rookies remain in the fight for the title of The Ultimate Rider, and the $20,000 dollar cash prize. But first the rookies will have to complete four timed laps of the entire road track. The fastest single lap time, will win.
