Synopsis
Chef/restaurateur Aarón Sánchez specializes in Latin cuisine and uses the knowledge in this series that finds him exploring Hispanic foods in major U.S. cities. In each episode, Sánchez visits a city to explore the local taco scene, visiting eateries and talking to chefs, families and locals who discuss that town's culinary landscape. He tries a wide array, ranging from traditional dishes like carnitas to less-expected fare, like poutine-style nachos. Chicago, New Orleans and Philadelphia are on the docket for Sánchez to visit on his cross-country journey.Cast
