  • Lucía brings her husband, Rosendo, to the doctor, who diagnoses him with Alzheimer's disease; Rosendo's family rallies behind him by forming a mariachi band to help delay the disease's progression.

  • As Lucía and Gavilán begin to butt heads, Rosendo struggles to remember the root of their deep-seated tension; ahead of their first mariachi gig, Jorge's excitement turns to panic when he learns more about the performance.

  • Pressured by the debt he owes to Malaka, Gavilán publicizes Rosendo's illness in hopes of drumming up sympathy; as Cristina recovers from the startling revelation of her latest work call, the Cuevas family grapples with Gavilán's exposé.

  • Rosendo and Lucía attempt to untangle mounting chaos; Gavilán escalates his efforts to stay close to the family by inviting RETA to open for him; a newly rehired Jorge slips further from Cristina.

  • Jorge is given an opportunity; Pedro and RETA clash; Gavilan has a special interview.

  • Jorge escapes to Xoch's; the Cuevas are rocked by a sudden disappearance.

  • Still struggling, Jorge goes off the grid with Xoch; as panic sets in at home over his prolonged absence, Rosendo travels back to his childhood.

  • After holding auditions, RETA prepares for their first concert with their new lead singer; Pedro and Rosendo plan their own show in direct competition; Gavilán's misstep with Malaka results in devastating consequences.
