Synopsis
Holly (Lindsey Haun), an aspiring singer from Texas, embarks on a journey of self-discovery when she's accepted into a prestigious East Coast performing arts school. Leaving family and boyfriend behind to pursue her dreams, fish-out-of-water Holly comes up against fierce competition and elitist attitudes from her classmates. But with the support of her mother, Wanda (Virginia Madsen), and roommate Ditz (Jackie Rosenbaum), Holly overcomes all obstacles in her path to become the next big pop star.
