Synopsis
Los Angeles couple Paul (Paul Johansson) and Katy (Karen Moncrieff) witness a police officer (Maxwell Caulfield) brutally beat and kill a motorist outside their window. Because Paul was able to videotape the vicious murder, he and Katy suddenly find themselves on the run from the violent and corrupt police. To make matters worse, the couple are framed for the crime they witnessed. The piece of evidence that sent them running in the first place, the tape, is now their one shot at vindication.
