Synopsis
With his family's Bronx bakery skating toward bankruptcy, baker Marco Poloni (Costas Mandylor) tries to prevent his Uncle Fab (David Proval) from selling the property. Marco teams up with the restaurant's pastry chef, Grace Carpenter (Lauren Holly), to enter a dessert competition with a $250,000 grand prize, hoping to split the earnings to save his bakery and give her money for her own restaurant. Initially at odds, the professional partners soon begin to develop feelings for each other.
