Synopsis
"Forged in Fire" tests some of the best in the field of bladesmithing as it attempts to re-create some of history's most iconic edged weapons. Four master bladesmiths are challenged in each episode to forge swords, which are tested by a panel of judges. The contestant who survives the elimination rounds -- judged by a man who has been making knives for over 20 years, a hand-to-hand combat specialist, and an authority on period-accurate weaponry -- will take home $10,000 and the Forged in Fire title. Join the contestants for a bladesgiving as they craft unique and accurate weapons.Rating
