Wisting tries to unite the team after the tragedy that has struck them; he's forced to cooperate with special investigator Stiller in the hunt for the mysterious accomplice called "The Other"; Line has doubts about continuing her documentary.
A new disappearance makes Wisting and Stiller fear that the killers are about to flee the country, but has the new victim may not have really been kidnapped; a fresh lead brings the police to apprehend a suspect with surprising results.
Line's shocking discovery forces the police to reevaluate their profile of "The Other"; the killer is cleaning up loose ends and time is running out; Wisting discovers the painful secret his daughter has kept from him.
