Synopsis
Marine Cole Hickel (Bruce Boxleitner) is a man of discipline. So, when he meets his daughter Ellen's new beau, so-called artist Klaus Hermann (Tom Bresnahan), he is not impressed. But, after Klaus viciously murders Ellen as part of his art, Cole's apathy transforms to pure unadulterated rage once his daughter's killer flees to his Paraguayan homeland claiming diplomatic immunity. When the system fails him, Cole goes rogue, following Klaus to South America to reap his own bloody brand of justice.Cast
