Synopsis
Celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito challenges families and individuals to adopt a healthier lifestyle by making over their diets. DiSpirito explains how to do that by eating what you love but cutting out things like processed ingredients, bad fats and empty calories. Rocco arms his guests with the recipes, ingredients and cooking skills necessary to maximize the value and flavor of their favorite meals. The program shares its title with a cookbook series penned by the chef, and Now Eat This! is also the name of his New York-based food truck.
