Synopsis
As usual, trouble finds retired U.S. Marshal Matt Dillon (James Arness). In this case, it all starts when he is called upon to retrieve some stolen cattle. In short order, a close friend of the lawman is violently gunned down, and Dillon must deal with the culprits: a gang of ruthless cattle rustlers, led by the demented Col. Tucker (Pat Hingle). As Dillon and his daughter, Beth (Amy Stock-Poynton), track them down to Pleasant Valley, Ariz., they are drawn into a larger land-grab war.Cast
