Synopsis
Host and chef Richard "Richie" Farina, having had his first foray into television as a contestant on "Future Food," hits the road in search of cutting-edge culinary competitions at carnivals around the country. Fearless and innovative, Farina challenges the chefs of the fairgrounds to a duel to see which of them can make the better dish.
