Synopsis
Chuck Betts (Pauly Shore) and Harold Cantrell (Max Perlich), two dim-witted guys in a small Texas town, rob the local bank. In the process, they find out that there is more to their sleepy hamlet than meets the eye, particularly in regards to greedy businessman Moles Huddenel (Ned Beatty). After getting away with the money, Chuck decides to return it, but that change of plans doesn't go well, especially after he becomes close to beautiful police officer Layla Moanes (Janine Turner).
