Building one-of-a kind, handmade furniture pieces predominantly using 100 percent recycled and reclaimed wood is the calling card of Clint Harp. After years of scraping by, Harp Design Co. is booming thanks in part to Clint's many appearances as Joanna Gaines' furniture maker on "Fixer Upper." That led to the spinoff "Wood Work," which follows Clint, his wife and business partner, Kelly, and a team of craftspeople at their Waco, Texas, shop who are committed to rescuing discarded wood and re-creating it into something beautiful for clients. Many of the pieces are a patchwork of pine, oak, mahogany, walnut, poplar, and other reclaimed woods rescued from old buildings, fallen trees and scrap piles.

  • The team races to complete two orders; a wedding venue orders tables for its grand opening which includes 80 brides and a $30,000 budget; a former client orders two large moveable tables for the opening night of a distillery's tasting room.

  • The team transforms a storage space into a warm, inviting guest suite that also functions as a music studio; they create a custom Murphy bed that looks like a salvaged wood accent wall, and they give the studio's kitchenette a giant makeover.

  • Clint and his team use salvaged lobster crates to transform an unused entry hall into a mud room with wood cubbies and drawers; Clint builds a unique coffee bar using prefabricated cabinets that he customizes.

  • Amy and Ryan conspire to lure their college-age son home for frequent visits; Clint transforms their bonus room into a fun space by building a custom ash ping pong table and a three-tier bunk bed that's equal parts fun and functional.

  • Clint and his team transform a pastor's TV room into a private area where he can write and study, complete with a desk and shelves made from salvaged antique pine; the team creates a space for the family's dog using old cedar from the family farm.

  • The Wood family asks Clint and his team to build an entertainment center to help give their new home a more custom look before their move-in date; a special last-minute request for a new wood door makes this project a real push to the finish line.

  • Clint and his team are put to the test when family friends ask them to put the finishing touches on their nearly completed dream home; Clint goes all out by creating a fun bedroom for their daughter and a custom kitchen feature.
