Synopsis
Almost everyone in Shepherdstown, W. Va., has experienced strange phenomena, resulting in the town's billing as the most haunted in the U.S. The ghostly residents have directly affected the town's five-man police department, which spends inordinate amounts of time responding to disturbance calls that seem paranormal, not criminal, in nature. In need of help, Police Chief Michael King enlists the aid of top-notch paranormal investigators to uncover the truth about objects that seem to vanish into thin air, disembodied voices, and faceless figures lurking in the shadows.
