  • Tyler Florence leads seven teams to Franklin to compete along the Tennessee Whiskey Trail; after razor-thin sales margins and a whiskey-focused redemption battle, guest judge Aarti Sequeira sends one of the two bottom trucks home.

  • Tyler Florence welcomes six teams to Knoxville, Tenn., for a three-stop race across different events; at the University of Tennessee, the trucks sell to game day crowds; the teams serve a more refined crowd at the Rossini Opera Festival.

  • The five teams head to Gatlinburg, Tenn., to take on Tyler Florence's holy smokes taste challenge, sending one member from each truck up a mountain chairlift to claim a smoky ingredient; Rashad Jones is there to judge the grill-focused redemption battle.
