Shortly after graduating college in 2001, Marnie Oursler purchased a broken-down house in Bethany Beach, Del., restored it herself and sold it for a six-figure profit. That convinced her to continue her family's extensive pedigree in the real estate business -- her father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather were all builders -- and now Oursler constructs and renovates coastal properties in and around Betheny Beach.
