Synopsis
Tough sleuth Dick Tracy (Morgan Conway) has to crack a case when a series of murder victims starts turning up. Ultimately, he determines that they are linked to escaped convict Splitface (Mike Mazurki). Seeking vengeance, Splitface is hunting down those who have wronged him. When Tracy and his partner, Pat Patton (Lyle Latell), foil the criminal, Splitface kidnaps Tracy's girlfriend, Tess (Anne Jeffreys), holding her hostage to keep the ace detective from sending him back to prison.Cast
