Synopsis
An expert at undercover operations, agent Vic Cooper (Stephen Baldwin) must pose as a die-hard skydiver in order to get information from a group of devoted daredevils who are suspects in a drug-smuggling ring. Vic befriends Red Line (Tom Berenger), the team's charismatic leader, and soon gets drawn into their thrill-seeking lifestyle, which is also embraced by the tough Randy "Turbo" Kingston (Dennis Rodman). As Vic forms a bond with Red, he finds it harder to stay true to his mission.
