We encourage transparency across the organization and provide education sessions on various topics to share insights into our business, product, and DEI efforts. We believe this helps our teams build a more meaningful connection to their work and the broader organization. We host weekly employee-led Lunch and Learns to educate our fellow Philons, share ideas, and enjoy a free lunch!
